Make onboarding customers quick and easy
Customer onboarding and compliance can be managed using our Electronic Identity Verification (eIDV) system. This technology uses a combination of identity verification methods such as facial recognition, document verification, and biometric authentication to confirm the identity of a customer. Our eIDV system can also be integrated with compliance systems, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, to automate the compliance process and streamline the onboarding process for customers. This can greatly reduce the time and effort required for manual verification and compliance checks, making the customer onboarding process more efficient and user-friendly.
Data and information security
We secure your information by encrypting data at rest and in transit using industry-leading cyphers. All our application services communicate using Mutual Transport Layer Security (MTLS) and sensitive data such are card and customer details are stored on a separate network and accessed with index tokens.
We also deploy very strict access controls and monitoring systems to prevent unauthorized access to your data. Our APIs and back-office portals also include support for things like password policies, two-factor authentication (2FA), and role-based access control lists (ACLs) to ensure that only authorized personnel within your firm have access to customer and other sensitive information.
